my girl told me that she wanted to flirt with other guys...nothing "serious" as she put it...just eye catching stuff. we're back home from college and we're a good couple states away. i'm not too keen on this flirting idea of her's. i'm respectful enough to not flirt with other girls while we're away. even after i expressed my displeasure of her flirting with other guys, she still said that she was going to do it anyway, regardless of how i feel. i mean...if she really wanted to playfully flirt with guys, i think it would have been much better if she just did it without telling me.
also, she wont tell me what the 'flirting' is exactly. when i asked, i got a "omg...if you're going to be like that, im just gonna go'.

am i just being insecure or do i have a right to feel this way?

You have a right to be that way bruvva because she is your girl, BUT if she's going to turn around and say *"omg...if you're going to be like that, im just gonna go'* then she obviously doesn't give a fuck about you or your feelings.

Seeing that I am the only girl to reply thus far, she might be looking for some space. It could be innocent, so don't assume anything. Just give her space and see what happens when you get back together. If you get all wierd on her, she will force the point and you will lose her forever. Ultimately, it will depend on how patient and willing you are to understand.

hell we have even made out with other people at parties. It works just fine for us and we have been together for a year and 7months.

why we do, well we feel we are too young to only be with one person(we are both 20). and well it works for us.

If its bothering you now.. It will seriously mess with your head when you see her again back at school. Think about it.. everytime you're around her you're going to wonder in the back of your head.. what did all that "harmless flirting" lead to? How did you guys hook up? Flirted a little right? nuff said.
