Ok guys....If offered a part in a movie where you would make millions of dollars, would you portray the part of a man gang raped by men? Now think on this, you would be nationally seen, but rich. Of course, it's an acting job it's not real life. It has no reflection on how you are as a person. You don't think someone who plays a murderer in a movie is automatically a bad person because of that, or a doctor on a tv series would know how to save your life if you needed.

Being gay now is the in thing. My buddies and I are comfortable enough with out masculinity to joke around like we are gay all the time. The girls laugh at it and we all get plenty of play. Yeah, guys acting gay or hitting on other guys is becoming more common now. My rooommates and some of our friends will joke around from time to time, but really none of us are... except for maybe one of them. We're not quite sure. Think the whole thing stems from girls fooling around with other girls becoming so acceptable now, I go to lots of parties where girls make out with each other to put on a show for a guy they like.

im not a guy, so i wont vote and mess up the poll. but i will put in my opinion anyways, i think that any guy who turned down millions of dollars to fake being raped by guys is crazy! its not like you were offered millions of dollars to actually let theses guys gang rape you, so who cares?!!? everyone will know its fake. shit, i wish someone would offer me money like that, i would pretend to get gang raped by a bunch of men in a second! heh, maybe not, but being rich would rock :rock:

has anyone seen American History X? Edward Norton was gang raped by the guys in prison. We all know it was fake and he made a butt load (no pun intended) of money for being in that movie. I wouldn't care as long as I got my money in return (and didn't actually get gang raped by a bunch of guys)

the reason for this poll...ned beatty once said if there was ever a role he could undo it would be his role in deliverance...he said the public humiliation was awful...strangers and friends alike would squeal at him and he is made fun of on tv shows like "King of Queens". He regrets it so soulfully I thought maybe others would be the same. Again my curiosity gets the better of me...I know there are more than this on WR, so come on give me answers.

think about when Deliverance came out in the theaters... 1972. eventhough this was at the end of the sexually liberating 1960's, movies were still very conservative; this was the first major motion picture to portray this kind of pseudo-homosexual sex act on the big screen. people reference 'squeal like a pig boy' and 'dueling banjos' (the name of the song that one of the group of 4 plays with the porch retard) just as frequently as they do DeNiro's famous 'you talkin' to me' line from Taxi Driver. I'd say in today's day and age, doing a staged anal rape scene (as in American History X referenced above) is no big deal anymore. But economically speaking, you'd be a fool to do it for less than $20MM.... I mean come on, Jim Carey gets at least that amount and have you seen the shit he's been passing off lately????

I would definitely say no................................................ Um, unless someone actually threw the money on the table, that's a tough one. It would be nice to be rich, but is being gang raped the first thing people relate to you when they meet you? And sure you're playing a role as an actor, but the role you play may haunt you for years to come....
Oh, and it would also depend on how drunk I was when propositioned....
