That's true, he was sort of sharing the runs with Holmes up until he got hurt.

Well either way theres 7 games there that he could have got extra yardage is what I was trying to say.

No, not just rusing yards. There is so much more that goes with that position. I'm talking rushing yards, rushing TD's, receiving yards, receiving TD's, picking up the blitz and protecting your QB, just all around play.


Larry Johnson has impressed me big time....but I need to see at least one more year from him.

Ah I see. It will be nice to see if he can carry on the pace into next season.

Ditto on LJ impressing you, infact i'm thrilled being a Chiefs fan :happycow: . I seen that Tomlinson, Johnson, and Edgerrin James are all going to be the AFC probowl running backs. Pretty kickass.

If the Chargers had Willie Roaf on the left side then LT would have even higher numbers than he had. Roaf = Holes for KC RB's.

Roaf is one big bad man and enormous I might add and damn good. You can tell a major diffrence in a game from when he is playing and not. He was injured for a few games and there was a dramatic diffrence.

One thing KC has is a pretty awesome offensive line. Roaf, Will Shields and Tony Richardson, and Casey Weigman make it up pretty well.

Running behind Roaf is like running behind a moving 10 foot wall, tacklers have to run around him to tackle LJ and by that time he is already twenty yards down field.
