Thats not true, theirs alot located in that specific area, and its best not to do anything that could damage it. I've never heard of a man waxing that area, its definetly not suggested and also for men.

I did however run into a few articles and informational sources on Male Bikini waxing and a few places that do it ewwwwww, from what I can tell though the proccess doesn't seem to be a safe one. The links are below. I seriously think the best technique is simple to trim it with siccors and then cut it with a razor.

All I have to say is that a disposable razor is NOT the way to go. The last time I used a disposible on my FACE, I got cut (and my normal Mach 3 has never cut me) so I'd stay away from anything "cheap". I use an adjustable trimmer for the top ($20, walmart) and I wouldn't want to shave my balls unless a chick was REALLY into it or someone paid me. I'd advise against shaving the top because there can be itching and if you're with a shaved girl, there's a bad suction thing that can happen as you sweat.

I'd say, all-in-all, trim, don't shave.

i have been doing this for a couple of years now and i have found a beard trimmer works best for the pubes and i have always used a "mach 3" but make sure its not a fresh one and not an old one either, something that has been dulled by ur face once or twice but still has a decent amount of lotion left on that little pad. never had any problems with cuts or irritation. as far as length, short enough to keep hair out of a chicks mouth and long enough to not look completely shaved is where i would go.

Looking for a girls womens opinion on this one. What are the thoughts on going totally shaved on the top and then just trimmed everything else ( everything else = shaft)

Shave it all, but trim above with beard trimmer. Just take it slow. Ive never had a problem

I'd avoid any type of waxing near the scrotum area, might as well kick yourself in the nuts

I know everyone says they used a mach 3 and all, but (and don't make fun of me for this) I use one of those venus razors, easy to use and it's flexible to get around the balls and what not

Just shave everything though, clean is clean looking

i just use a beard trimmer all over...from my experiance the girls like it all gone
