Try changing things up regularly. Keep trying new things, new places etc... Maybe invest in a pair of handcuffs if she likes that kind of thing (most girls do)... try blindfolding, etc... the best advice I could give has already been stated ^^

as far as positions I can give you one that has worked on every girl Ive ever tried it on and goes like this:

Have her lie on her stomach and arch her back to the point where her ass is pointed up in the air... in the event she's lazy or has weak lower back muscles stuffing a doubled pillow under her hips helps... have her close her legs together and enter from behind. Be sure to straddle her legs and prop yourself up on your arms putting most of your weight on your arms and shoulders. This allows you to access her deepest nether regions as well as putting you inline for the "Mythical" gspot.
