It hurts women less and yes, if the right piercer does them then the sensitivity will increase a lot. It does for men as well. I have 6 piercings total and none hurt that bad except for the double labias, those are really painful, the rest were a breeze. Nice job on the piercings...what did they tell you to put on them? My advice is to only use softsoap antibacterial soap ONLY.

They're doing pretty good now...a little bet sore still, but not too bad. I'm still being really careful with them and making sure that I don't snag them on anything or bump into anything. As far as cleaning them, I bought some antibacterial soap called Satin or something at the place where I got them done. I've just been cleaning in the shower with that stuff twice a day...anyways, here's another pic.
