www.allofmp3.com has fast downloads, and like someone esle said, 1 cent per meg. They offer online encoding, so you can get it in several formats, inclucing .mp3 .m3u .wma .aac

I've been using usenet groups a lot lately. They are pretty easy to use and you can find a ton of rare stuff on them. I've been downloading concert boots nonstop for the past few weeks. Got some Zeppelin, Doors, Cream, Beatles...all kinds of great stuff.
