I think the quickest way to sum up modern rap is that Nelly and his crew made a song about buying shoes. Air Force 1. And then, they made a video, yes, of them buying shoes....

Hip Hop is going to mainstream. I just stick with listening to my old tracks and underground stuff. People like 50 Cent have no lyrical talent. Eminem is no longer as good of lyricist as he was back when he was underground, all he does is sings. Instead of us just complaining, we should just keep listening to our underground music and let these 14 year old "thugs" be. Wu Tang forever.

Now that's what I call a topic!!!! I get so annoyed latelyb'cuz of that. Hiphop and rap aren't what they used to be. things have gotten so commercial these days. They ain't "real" anymore like tupac and so.. It's all about how to make money fast and get it on the charts.
