Exactly, the eliptical orbit is supposed to bring the planet even closer to Earth, but not intercepting Earth. It will cause dramatic changes in environment, if it does happen. The Sumerians believed that it would happen in..... May 2003. Who knows? Anyway, despite what people may think, I don't base a lot of my beliefs on the Sumerians, but I find their outlook on things rather amazing. Even if they were just a bunch of idiots who drooled and drank dirt. I just had to add that in.

As far as my beliefs are concerned, there is an exact balance of everything in the Universe, which is where matter/anti-matter comes into play. Everything has an absolute opposite. That's why there is good, and evil, that's why there is, as Gleiser says, electrons and positrons. People will argue that you can't determine evil, bullshit! Everyone is built with the sense to know what is good and what is evil. The knowledge varies in degrees from person to person, but it's still there.

Where the Kuiper Belt object is concerned, they don't really know the size of it, in the least. There are a few new eliptically orbited discoveries lately. Have you heard of Comet NEAT? You can see it with your naked eye in the middle of the constellation Pisces. They have seen it with telescopes, and documented changes so drastic that they have absolutely no information on it. They only assume that it is a comet. They can't really even figure out what it really looks like. All of this scientific shit is speculation, just as religion is, and people are more apt to accept speculated science than religion. It's all based on faith.
