I bought the software and I can synch my contacs but it came with 15 lame .kws files that I can use as ringtones...any idea how to convert MP# or wma to .kws so my phone see them ?? I did a search on the internet but I am not about to pay out $$ to any program looking ofr so testimonial on one that works...

I'd be interrested to know too. I have a Kyocera Slider with Alltel, and the only way I know to get new ringtones is using their Access Web service where you have to pay extra for each ringtone you download.
