CWS Shredder doesn't always work. Someone at the office had it and it took mea while to remove it by hand. I had to boot to safe mode and remove all startup entries from the registry and start menu. Then I had to go through the windows/system directory and clean up some mystery files that were lowercase named exe's. Took a while and required some knowledge of system files and searching for them on google.
