how many people get winded while havin sex? I mean like where you fell like your gonna die winded?

my girlfriend is asthmatic, she used only 10% of her lungs when she was a kid. she usually uses the inhaler before or after we have sex, but she's never said anything about her asthma being really bad.

I have asthma and it's interferred with sex a couple times. It rarely happens, but when it does, it's usually when its starting to get really good.

I started a new med a year or so ago and it's helped a lot. I used to get (mild) asthma attacks on a daily basis, and now it's more of a weekly basis.

Btw, the med is called AdVair. For any asthmatics on here, I highly recommend it. Better (and safer) than all those steroid inhalers out there.

Advair rocks...Thankfully, I've never had a problem with asthma ruining sex. On the topic of Advair, a friend (who is a nurse) warned that she got 2 cavities from taking it (she'd never gotten any in her life before taking it,) so you should brush your teeth or rinse your mouth after taking it every time.

Never heard of getting cavities from it, but thrush (yeast infection of the throat) can be a problem. I always try to take mine before I eat or at the very least drink a glass of water immediately afterwards.

i think you should definately go and see a doctor if your lung collapses during sex... i know sex is good but to die for it might be too much..
