Re: WTF Is Up With Magazine Subscriptions?
I've subscribed to Peterson's 4Wheel Parts and Off Road, Fourwheeler, 4x4 and Sport Utility, Playboy, Maxim, Stuff, National Geographic, Time, and Newsweek. I think that's it! It's been a little while since having a subscription to anything recently, though. And yes, all the four-wheeling mags were quite different. I used to crawl rocks with my 89 4Runner years ago, so I liked to keep up with current trends, and to look at cool new rigs. Here's a pic of what it used to look like about 4 years ago.

4wheel parts doesn't really require a subscription though. I get that shit free from all the crap me and my brother buy there. Just last year it must have been at least 10K.

Re: WTF Is Up With Magazine Subscriptions?
Nope, it's called Peterson's 4 Wheel and Off Road or Peterson's for short, which is usually what I called it. I guess I added the parts in there before, when there isn't any. Yeah, the 4 Wheel parts mag is free, I used to get that also--since I bought some things from them as well. It doesn't come out monthly though, and is really boring and riddled with ads.

Re: WTF Is Up With Magazine Subscriptions?
Phhhh.... you guys should read real magazines
Like:
Scientific American
Discover
Popular Science
Wired
Popular Mechanics
Okay, so the last two aren't quite real magazines... but hey, they're still pretty good

Re: WTF Is Up With Magazine Subscriptions?
I do not subscribe to magazines. I prefer to save up and travel, rather than having magazines where I can read up on all the places I cannot afford to go to at the moment. I only really read magazines when I am at waiting rooms, waiting!
I used to get old issues of Dance Magazine at the used books/mags place, though. Is anyone surprised? Didn't think so.
