How on earth do I get this Internet channel on my Wii

Boy am I pissed or what

Ok....<takes a deep breath>...I need to get this Internet channel thingy on my Wii...I know its costs 500 Wii Points, I am prepared to pay 10 $ for the 1000 points on-line purchase but apparently Nintendo doesn't recognize Indian Credit cards !!!! Never mind that this card works perfectly fine in the US (Hell, I even bought this very Wii with the same card when I was in US).

Is there a fucking way around this shit???

PS: In my location setting in Wii, I have set it for Houston (There is no India there too and Houston just happens to be the place where I bought it
