hi, i've been using motorola phone tools without any problem for my razr for a while now up until last week. i was in the middle of taking pictures from my phone to a folder on my desktop when half way through it ended and an error saying it can't recognize my device or w/e, and now it just doesn't connect. i removed the program and re downloaded it and it still says that it doesn't recognize, yet when i plug my phone in to my computer via usb, it windows alerts me that a motorola razr has been connected to the computer. does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? it would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Re: motorola phone tools help

You've only had 5 posts & your asking for help! Still, I'm going to this thread cuz I have a Razr V3c myself & may have this same problem in the future. The Motorola Razr is the most popular cell phone of all time with over 50 million sold! I'm sure someone can give you a helping hand! Only thing I could suggest is your mini USB cable might be bad!!!
