Realplayer files to Xbox 360
I use transcode360 to play avi etc...etc... on xbox 360, but real player files won't work. I'm having problems finding a good program to convert realplayer files. The first two I downloaded left watermarks and wanted $$$.

try Encode360 - you may still need the RP codec but I know it works for encoding most of what I throw at it, which is mainly avi's & mpg's
