Shilling Gets So Close!
i couldn't imagine being one out away from a no hitter and having it broken up. That would piss me off beyond belief.
Then again, I would be a major league pitcher, so I wouldn't be THAT mad! At least he had a complete game shutout...and I have him in our pool! I still remember watching Denis Martinez pitch a perfect game against the Dodgers in his powder blue expo's gear with my Dad. I even have it on tape somewhere. |
