hey guys I just found a site that offers, LEGALLY and free of charge, fully licensed copies of countless software titles.

NO THIS IS NOT SPAM. Hell, I'm a mod here, you think I'd spam my own board? trust me...

The deal is they offer one or two different programs a day that you have to activate with a small prog (activate.exe) that will license it indefinitely until such time as you reformat/reinstall your OS or whatev.

They offer this software all with the consent/approval of the original software vendors, and also they have an extensive archive of programs they have given away in the past (which are still available for download).

The other caveat is that you can't get newer versions, updates or vendor product support, but hey - IT'S FREE!!!

EDIT: After going thru the site a little deeper I did notice that most of the older titles are no longer offered for free, they only offer them free on the first day, so if you want to use the site you must check it regularly...sorry folks

Yeah, I ran across this site a couple of months ago.
You can find some cool apps AND games on there.
But as stated, it's only free for the 24 hour period they are offering it for free.
The apps work and aren't "crippled" in any way.
Once installed, they are yours to keep legal.......forever....
But if you have to reformat or want to install on another computer(on a different date), you are out of luck.
