i need help with screen caps

ok i'm a bit of a tard when it comes to alot of computer stuff wiz i tried the screen cap program and it just wont work for me , is there any other sugestions i have like 100 gigs of stuff on my hard drive i'd love to share alot of Street blow jobs series , veronika raquel website, first time auditions so if anybody can give me a hand i'll start to share alot more , just dont want to post and not have screenies

Easy like sunday morning.
