It's more than likely psychological, so don't take it personal.

Make a point of getting her nice and relaxed. Give her a nice glass of wine while you set a bath for her. After she's soaked for a bit, try giving her a full body massage. It's all about being comfortable - some girls have a hard time expressing their sexuality. If she's afraid to look silly, or is worried too much about pleasing you, she can't concentrate on her own pleasure. If you haven't talked about this with her, then I'd suggest doing that first.
