I was seeing a girl where i work and things did not work out, but I still really care about her.

She has started sleeping with another guy from work who sits right next to me.

Has anyone got any ideas how to handle this because it drives me crazy and I have no idea what to do!!

work and sex don't always mix. she slept with you, and it didn't work out. now she is sleeping with another coworker. I would not even think about pursuing her again while on-the-job. This has a sexual harrassment lawsuit written all over it.

I worked in a place once that allowed coworkers to date, but if it made a problem at work, they had to decide who left, and who stayed. If you really do care about her and want another shot, get another job first and go for it. Otherwise, move on.
