I am glad the Oilers made it, they have played the best hockey of the playoffs IMO. I have to go for the Canes in this one though, because I just like them more. Should be a damn good series though.

That's like saying you hate the LA Raiders because they moved to southern California. The Hurricanes used to be the Hartford Whalers. Don't lump them into the mix with the expansion teams.

Did you see that insane crowd? Raleigh just gave you arguably the wildest Stanley Cup game, eva! They've earned having a NHL team and then some. Penalties galore, first successful penalty shot in a championship, a hot goalie gets injured late in the game...the other team's goalie is a rookie, a veteran hits the winning goal with 34 seconds left.....what more could you ask for besides Edmonton winning?
