it all has to do with her body type...

those pills are typically just supplements.. some have horomones, some have fatty acids... so be careful

if other women in her family have large breasts and she doesn't, i'd say that it's pretty likely that the right diet will help her breasts grow (but keep in mind, her hips might too)

on the other hand, if her entire family is a little smaller on top, there's a good chance she'll just be that size...

the best bet is to talk to a nutritionist. they know how food and pills will effect her body the best.

Breasts are indeed almost entirely fat cells, plus some functional cells to produce milk and deliver it through the nipple.

They are supported by a framework of connective tissue; this stuff breaks down naturally over time, hence saggy old lady boobs.

As for your question: more fat equals.... er sorry, making existing fat cells fuller equals bigger boobs.

Dargonz, if you're wife...wait you're 23? If she is too, then maybe they disappeared. Lots of girls at school this age said their size went down considerably around 20-23 age range. (Trust me, I'm doing everything I can to solve this epidemic) If they disappeared, diet may very easily get 'em back.

If she never had em, and her body type is lean rather than flumpy, she'll never have em. And if she is lean, remind her how unnatural she'd look with disproportioned breasts. Boobs HAVE to match the hips or they are fake, ga-run-teed.

So, other than KFC or the like, not much will work. Pills and lotions are total bullshit. They've been selling breast enhancing creams to women, usually at the back of magazines, for decades. Do they work? Look around. If there actually was something to make 'em bigger without surgery, you wouldn't be able to get on a bus without being smushed to death by massive boobs everywhere. (What a beautiful way to go: so peaceful and soft and cozy) Seriously though, it would be such a HUGE thing that there's no way you would not have heard about it, there would be cajillionaire shareholders, ad campaigns, etc. You get what I mean.

The only thing you may be able to change is her opinion, but you've got massive cultural forces working against you. And hey, suggest that with smaller boobs, there will be less saggage, and they'll stay nice longer, I don't know.

Check out zug.com. They did a test with breast enlargement pills, and got mixed results. Seems like they work a little bit anyway. Also check out the hilarious pranks, etc.

I've always thought cute small perky boobs were better than big droopy boobs anyday. And all big boobs end up droopy someday.

Wife tried the pills , was a bit of sag , and wanted to firm more or less. with a co. consultation she went on a no meat diet fish is good, no fats from chicken fat , green vegees good, and took a complex of female vitamins and another one from gnc. with the Pills of breast increasers and diet, she noticed the breast firm and sag was going away. But what was nice she did increase from a B to a heavy c bra , she was very happy to firm but continued about a extra 5 monthes and did get the one cup increase, and they are now nice firm and for mid 30s she has no comparable sag of her friends, at the pool. she was asked if she had implants and told her friends no. Make sure they are willing to consult and diet is a big part.

I call them any thing for a buck pills. They just fill the fatty tissue, short term. nothing spectacular.
