I just have to say, this is probably the longest any game has kept me playing, other than football games. I'm enjoying it thoroughly. I don't know why I put off renting it for so long. I'm sure glad I did though, this game is kickass.

Anyone else get that sense of feeling?

Just had to throw that out there.

Yeah, I had that same impression from everything that was posted, until I rented it. It has a solid combat system, the missions are varied, and although you do some things a few times it doesn't seem repetitive at all. Of course it's a Rockstar game so it has so many unlockable things and "bonus objectives" and the overall difficulty is not insanely hard. I feel like a young kid again playing Nintendo for hours on end, instead of getting involved in all the "realism" shit thats out there now. It just feels and plays like a great game that you actually have fun playing.

I'm not saying that you should buy the game because I don't think it has the full replayability process unless you are a gamer that absolutely obsesses about unlocking everything, but it's definetely worth the money to rent it. Especially if there is a Cashwise near you that lets you rent for a week at a time.

But like I said, this is the longest a game has kept me playing it since Fable. And that was only a 10 hour game. Most games that I rent, I only play for maybe one or two hours max and then it sits on my floor until I take it back, and I've rented nearly every game that has come out in the last three months and has been at the Cashwise down the street. Except this one.

And yes, I've seen the movie. I just ordered it off of Amazon about a week ago, can't wait til I get it.

Thanks for the deep and informative response.

What was repetitive about it? What exactly didn't you like?

I like after you beat it and you get to play the "Bad Dudes" remake against all the Warrior gang enemies.

I liked the game. But you are right, rent it don't buy. I didn't do half the bonus missions, but the overall game kept me pretty entertained.

No doubt, my adrenaline levels went through the roof when I saw that. It was four in the morning and I had to go to bed but I couldn't resist beating the arcade version. Needless to say I didn't make it to my morning classes.
